=============================

Serologicals Corporation. (Ticker Symbol: SERO)

SERO closed at $18.41 on February 19, 2004 .
As the stock approaches the $19-$24 area, it
is turning bearish.

Note that the yearly high was $19.29 and
a re-test of that level near term is probable.

Any short-selling should be limited and kept
modest in size and should be a portion of
an overall plan to potentially average up to
$24 or even higher, if necessary. A break
above $24 in coming months is extremely
unlikely based on latest assessments.

Listed options for SERO are available.

=============================

NovAtel Inc. (Ticker Symbol: NGPS)

NGPS made an intra-day high of $18.74 on
February 19, 2004 (yesterday). This stock
is making not just a 52-week high but a
historic high. Its previous high was made
in year 2000 and reached only about $10.5

Could NGPS go higher? With historic and
new highs, there is usually no guide as
to how much higher the stock will go. But
a price top is being anticipated here. In
other words, the stock is in the short-sale
region and at least modestly bearish.

The first downside target would likely be
at the $15.50 level, with lower prices
expected longer term.
